To maintain your jewelry's shine, avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions. We recommend storing your pieces in their original OBJKTS pouch and wiping them with a soft cloth after each wear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the UK and 7-14 business days for international orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your pieces?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or tarnishing caused by improper care.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement if you need to make changes; once an order has reached the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it.
